Bad service

<p>I was looking for car insurance and they gave me a quote and we did everything and agreed on the debit ordeer date. After that i got a cheaper qoute and wrote an email to them to cancel or beat the offer but they just kept quite came month end they debited my account and i already gave authority to debit to the other company. so i was debited twice for the same thing and i tried to reverse the standard bank one which i couldn't because its the debit order. I called the custormer service to cancel which they did but the cancel date is the 31 december which means im cover for the whole month of december. I dont wana be covered all i wanted was my money back. I wanted my money to be paid back to my account. </p>
