bad service

<p>i recieved a call from standard bank informing me that my credit card is up for renewal and they would like to send it to the branch. i requested that they send it directly to me and then the agent insist that i should call the card divivsion to inform them. i declined and said ive already picked 1 card up and had to wait almost an hour in the bank and its becoming tiresome each time a card is ready to go into the bank to fetch. i requested that he make contact with card divivsion and to call me to make the arrangements. he declined as well.</p>
