Bad Service
<p>I am a Std Bank customer, i have an elite account. When my first card was issued I had issues with it. When withdrawing at a till point, my card was always declining. I was told to go to a branch for the card to be reset and I duly comp****. To date I am on my 4th card and its still doing the same thing. Please advise </p>
