Bad service

<p>I am writing this on behalf of my son who is at pretoria university ,for whome i organised that my secondary diners club in his name be delivered to standard bank hillcrest boulevard ,instead it ended up and standard bank hatfield ,when he arrived there they wouldnt give it to him because he didnt have his id which he had mislaid , he had his valid passport , valid drivers license , a certified copy of his id by standard bank , student card and current diners card , surely with all that he didnt need to get the run around, especially when its needed as a means of feeding himself.</p>
