BAD SERVICE
App**** for a Credit Card at Std Bank Nigel. Received sms to collect but when I went it wasn't there. No communication from Std after that so I called & they said the card is at Nigel Branch. Pathetic Service. Collecting was worse. Queuing for an hr in a bank today is pathetic. Nigel Branch \Enquiries"queue is always terribly long. So there you are standing forever while the tellers are sitting free & 3 or 4 people if u lucky are at Enquiries. Obviously they short staffed & its been like this for quiet some time. Pathetic. Not enough"
