Bad service

Standard customer service is terrible! how hard is it to get a paid up letter and closure on an account. I spent so much time holding on a call, only to get to another consultant who transfers me. I used the call back function no once called me back and I went in store queues were crazy. Sent an email 2weeks ago, still no response!!!!???
