Bad Service

Around the 1st of April I registered a claim with std bank Insurance which they appointed Wellborn to do the repairs at our property, They did replacement doors of which the front door was replaced at low quality and the door frame was not repaired nor replaced I raised the Matter with Wellborn and they Promise to come back to me and they didn't come back to me . I then escalated the matter to Std Bank which was handled by Razana who told me that the reason Wellborn replaced My door with low quality is that old doors are no longer available (what surprise me Razana is not sourcing for building Material) but the guy who was doing repaires told me that the door is a special made which Will take about 2 Weeks but they have Similar quality but different shape which I agreed on but I only to find out that it is not a similar quality I send Razaana Pictures of the Cracked door and frame until Today She(Razaana) didn't come back to me I send follow up mails still. The low quality door does not only affect the security at my house but also reduce the value of my property. I had insurance for a reason. They did not even explain why the other bugler doors are not fixed.
