bad service

I decided to have few products and a cheque acc and a tax free investment was opened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was informed the cheque acc will charge about R100 a month. I deposited R250 in the meantime before my salary can be deposited.</p> <p> </p> <p>However to my surprise when I went to collect my new card a service fee of R400 was charged, the consultant and Bryanston shopping centre promised to reverse the amount after 24 hours which up to date has not been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Would you please cancel my new cheque acc as I would like to continue with my old savings account and I’m a bit sceptical to put funds into the tax free account as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me if more information is required.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Marvin Masilela</p> <p>076 ********** </p> <p> </p>
