Bad service

<p>Have never experienced such a bad service with any standard bank except this one. Have bn standing in a line which I found with 12 people awaiting to be assisted and I'm still d 6 one and it's almost 2 hours waiting. Only 2 enquiries tellers working and it's slow very slow., other tellers on other sections are just sitting there does it mean they can work on enquiries.Very pathetic </p>
