Bad Service
I'm writing this review out of great disappointment , I communicated with Standard bank in the beginning of the year, I have phone numerous times and sent numerous mails and yet they never got back to me...yet months after the struggle of trying to get ahold of them they gave us over to lawyers and now making us liable for their poor service...I never ever expected that their service would be so bad, thought customer service was first priority but I guess in this case it was not...how can we be held liable for trying to communicate and make arrangements but yet there was no communication. Please don't take a bond with Standard Bank their service is not on point.
