Bad service!!!!!

I'm very disappointed with standardbank headoffice..i app**** for payment relief for house beginning of this month expecting to be assisted as valued customer,I've been calling call centre almost every day and nothing is been done but theyll say we are escalating to other department but never came back to me..I'm very hurtful and very disappointed and I hope to be assisted before end of the month My contact number tshetlego ***
