bad servic

Hi I'm so disappointed in stand-bank,my money was draw from my account and I had my bank card on me,reported the matter to them they said it will take 6 working days for me to get help,everything was sorted I got a sms Monday saying I will get my money in two working days still nothing from them they don't call to gave you updates nothing I had to run up and down to **** banks today it was a other storie again I must wait a for 5 working days now **** standbank I just want my money and close my account with them
