Bad pathetic service
This is my second time i am writing about this bank and i would never advise anyone to use them. My matter regarding them debiting and the returning the money has not resolved. I called in and the lady stated that they will call back and till today, there hasn’t been a callback. I sent all required information and they still the matter is not resolved. This has been happening since august. It is now affecting my credit score as it is wrong listing.
