BAD online service

<p>Wow it is SO great that Standard Bank has an online application system for student loans.....its just so bad that their service is so pathetic and terrible that when you do the application - and its quite a bit to fill in - that you are actually just totally wasting your time. When you are done with the whole hour application and to upload your things, it says that a consultant will contact you in the next 48 hours.....well I have been waiting for approximately 730 hours now.... BUT pleeeeeaaaase dont go to the trouble to call me now, customers dont mean anything anymore. Its so sad that you have to leave a complaint on Hello Peter before something happens. I will never ever make use of your service again.</p>
