Bad / No Service

I had a credit card in 2011 and my debt was, more or less, R28000. I started paying R650/month as from Aug 2011 - Dec 2014. In 40 months they send me 2 statements. Now in August I received a phone call and sms from attorneys. This account got handed over and I owe Standard Bank R13000. I phoned the attorneys and sent SB emails, requesting statements. SB sent me a reply that \my request ***) will be investigated and resolved
