Bad management

Standard bank at the glen shopping center, lights flashing everywhere for poor maintenance and all the screens are offline, reception is not helpful with directing clients to the correct area and to top it off the queus are jumped for other clients without any notice. Not organized at all!!!! Manager also not helpful, just excuses.
