BAD HORRIBLE BANK VERY ***********
A query was lodged a week ago today we at the branch the ***** department is not picking up calls yesterday they claimed that the query is resolved but still access funds shows its blocked. I have no food, haven't paid rent or school fees and now am holding on to a line that is not answered. I hate this bank so much because my life is such in a mess
