Bad handling of TVN Maraule estate

Good day My name is Sinovuyo Maraule daughter of the late TVN Maraule. My mum passed away in 2015 and we were advised in 2016 that standard bank is the estate trustee and we should be working with them. When this whole process started my brother and I worked with Silma Handulay then we later were we found out that someone else would handle the case that went on a couple of months then suddenly there was someone new that we would work with and she advised us that the whole estate had been done incorrectly so she had to start some of the parts correctly mind you that was towards the end of 2019 she kept saying the estate will come to the end soon and we would get what is due to us. We were never lucky to get an update with regards to the estate whatsoever we would have to call in ourselves to find out what is going on. Then again this year Zamazulu Zulu had promised that at the end of November this year the estate would be finalised and this nightmare of dealing with Standard bank would be over sadly that didnt happen as i have been trying to call through to Standard bank i was advised that the same Zamazulu was off indefinitely and now her line manager will be on the case that line manager is Yumnah Nordien i called her about 3 weeks ago and promised to get back to me with an update later on that day with regards to we the estate is at but she never did. I have been calling her direct line as well as sending emails with no response. I am a full time student and my brother is a part time worker of which months could go by with out him getting a good paying job. The money and everything belonging to us would have help us in so many ways its even December times now and we wont even be able to have a family christmas as we wont be able to afford it whatsoever. I would really like to know what is actually going on and how will we get something for this Christmas. I know they dont care about us because they get paid every month and they will have a good christmas with their families therefore what about us? My mother’s property needs painting and we are not able to do that because the estate is not interested in giving us what is due to us. Could anyone please assist us this has gone far too long I am exhausted with Standard bank i was recently kicked out of my place to stay due to the fact that i was not able to pay rent anymore.
