Bad *****ulant Service

Bought a car which was pretended to be Value Car Sales with the Man Mr Raeez Adams tel no *** sold me a vehicle which i paid 120 k. After 3 weeks the sheriff came to fetch the car with a summons that the previous owner still has outstanding debt and took the car back. No this guy is MIA and i cant get hold of him. He has a registered bank with Standard bank and i need my money refunded. Even the vehicle was registered in my name by the Johannesburg License Department. I have proof of all of this and if there is anyone that can assist me with this
