BAD EXPERIENCE WITH STD BANK

I will not refer anyone to STD Bank Loans or normal accounts. They made promisses and then they come with all kinds of excuses. Emails was send backwards an forwards and then you receive the email that payment holiday was approved from this date and when you query the deductions - you hear another excuse and get another email that said it was only approved from this date and not from the previous dates and they can only reverse cost from that date - If you do not have an income and you struggle from the 24/3/2020 to get some feedback and on the phone you just get reference numbers and email reference numbers and then they treat you as if this whole lockdown was your fault and you should be prepared for this - I mean really we were only given 3 days to prepare for the lockdown. The only devision that was very helpfull was the credit card department. Thank you for that.
