Bad experience at standard bank musina

<p>Transfered money from my home loan to savings, but when trying to withdrwaw that money the ATM said insufficient funds. I was made to complete some forms in the branch, but they don't want to give me my money. R3000 is a lot of money. Can you help me to get my money back please.</p>
