Bad experience at Standard Bank business bank at Thavhane mall

There is absolutely no customer service, the furniture is beautiful but workers there are not there to serve customers. Starting from letting you into the bank when you press the alarm on the door, no one response for over 20min. I was reminded yesterday that I'm in rural area 😭. We couldn't even open a business account because they were heading for lunch. The lady was clear that she is out for eating mind you on arrival she had a client in the office who was sitting there for over 2hrs and when it was supposed to be our turn she was not ready but was going out for lunch. It was so strange to experience such level of competence in a business bank 🥴 I'll never recommend anyone to go waste to their time at Standard Bank business bank it's close to useless
