Bad experience at standard bank

Standard banking did not bother to assist. So sad as i need the funds to buy school stuff for my daughter.

Your promisises with delivery are costing my daughter's future. I have received same message before but nothing happened. Any day from now my daughter will be out of school due to outstanding fees struggling to access funds from her new student account as standard bank did not test their online system and train staff beforegoing on live.

I am entitled to those funds not requesting for a loan.
Will appreciate it this can be resolved before end of Monday.
