BAD EXPERIENCE

Standard bank does not deserve even one star, taking a home loan with standard bank was the greatest mistake I've made in my life, the agent(Sibongile Masina/propertyCoza) that sold us the house ****med us, the agent claimed that the house was valuated, yet there was no geyser in the house, according to the Law the bank does not approve home loan if the house has no Geyser but standard bank proceeded with the Home loan, how did they approve the application yet there was disclosure defect form and with no Geyser? Now we had to break our pockets in order to sell the house. The house is sold yet standard bank is busy calling me stating that I'm arrears, when I tell them the house is sold they get surprised, different consultants call me telling a different story, what exactly is standard bank obligated to do to customers?
