Bad Dates on.interest
Evevry month my account goes into overdraft and i get charged fees for this. Standard bank knows my salary date and yet they still.put through interest prior to this. This is.annoying and is affecting my credit. My contract states that interest is only deducted on the last day of the month. Please can you rectify or change your interest debit dates. We all.dont get paid like you bank staff on the 20th. I have repeatedly called your callcentre and have had.no.joy. thinking of going back.to FNB as i had no issues with them for 20 years. Standard bank is a waste of sservice
