Bad Customer treatment!

Terrible customer service from thee call center. Called in to release money from the investment, got authenticated, security questions asked and everything, only for the money not to be released. Worse, my birthday was coming up and needed the money for my birthday celebration, ended up broke and doing nothing on my birthday. When I called to inquire, was not given a satisfactory answer, but instead **** to that the previous consultant or their supervisor will call me back and explain. A week later, I am still waiting!!!
