BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STANDARD BANK

Standard Bank Promenade Branch in Mitchells Plain

I am writing to complain about the bad service I received from Standard Bank Promenade Branch. I went there with the intention to extend my banking relationship with Standard Bank in addition to the bond account I have with standard bank. I waited 2 hours to be served. The consulted would serve one person and disappear. Most of work station were without the consulted. When it was the time for them to knock off most of the staff left while we were still waiting on the line to be served. When I saw that the staff was leaving I just left.
