Bad customer service

It's is with utter disappointment I find myself in this position again after our last review we were called by standard bank insurance and was helped beautiful by all member it's is with our trust administrator Miss Kave that we seem to get no assistance from she had stated after along battle that the true email that she the estate would be settled by the end of October 2023 yet we have again after numerous amount of emails find ourselves with the slient treatment we could understand that the insurances could not assist us due to the old conditions of the home and we would have to wait until the ceiling fall on us or roof by no nature cause before they can assist so we have taken the responsibility to fix the home but without the settlement of the estate I have no leg to stand on as I am a SASSA collector for disability so I can only fix to anl certain extent while trying to cater for myself an daughters day to day needs.. I would love some resolution to this case please ...
