Bad Customer service...

I'm very annoyed and bored with the service I got from Standard bank Dobsonville I got there before four tried deposit outside on the Atms but the account couldn't go through outside when I went inside I was told they were closed were else the trading hours said 16h00... When I asked they told me they close at 15h00 like I was confused what are they doing this whole hour if they not helping customers.., when I asked to speak to the manager I waited for more than like an hour... Why should we continue banking with the bank thst doesn't give us service... This is poor service.. I'm not happy
