Bad customer service!!!!
So i called the Standard Trust Limited and i got such disappointing behavior from a lady by the name of lerato mogodiri on *** please retrieve this call at 11:15 and listen to how rude she was, this is the same lady i need to speak to when Charmaine is not available, you can imagine how many clients she is trusting in such a manner, I'm appalled by such disgusted at that, please train her for customer service
