Bad customer service at Grabouw Ouderburg road
Please look into having at least one black person on each shift who can understand customers that struggle with speaking english and Afrikaans, what I saw today at standard bank Grabouw Ouderburg road is horrible, your consultants are so disrespectful towards non-english and Afrikaans speakers.
