BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very disappointed by the level of customer service by standard bank. I a have been a client for over 20years and because of my loyalty to them i have been patient with them. But recently i have been experience such a low turn around times for their feedback to my queries.

I am so exhausted by their lack of non responsiveness, they take forever to respond to queries and more than anything they even hang up calls whiles you busy with them on a call if they **** hear you.

this is really frustrating...
