Bad customer service

Standard bank it’s the worst bank to bank with consultant are unfriendly and not willing to help sent from pillar to post for just a small query , I was doing online transactions and the money went off into my account and I did another online transcaction again the money went off into my account so the money is pending between the merchants and my bank so the merchants send me an email stating that my transaction didn’t go through and the guy from standard bank didn’t even bother to check what’s happening into my and how much was it
