Bad customer service

I have taken out a loan over the phone with standard bank. the loan was approved over-the-phone and all information was given and everything was done. I took this loan out on 15/07 I was told it would take 2-4 business days. I still have not received my loan amount and they say it has been escalated but still no feedback. I needed that money by last week already and standard bank does just not care. And still no call me back has been requested after numerously requested. I feel very unhappy with this customer service
