Bad Customer Service

My card was declined to two shops a very big inconvenience the thought of having money in your account but cant use because of the stupid and *********** system of Standard bank. When i called they told me the team dealing with cheque cards they have knocked off, why do they create prestige line or call center knowing very well none of our problems will be solved. not happy at all , i will never recommend any one to use this bank.
