Bad customer service

I asked to use the bathroom, after being in line for almost an hour and they had closed the bank. The stand in mananger, Lee Ann, refused to let me, pregnant, to use their staff bathroom because "it was against banking procedures". If they do not let you use their bathroom when they have closed, is it up to me to decide if I still want their services after being in line for almost an hour?
