Bad Customer service

I visited the Branch regarding an account that I had with Std Bank. Was told the account was closed and written off. I then requested a letter in this regard and was told the letter will be ready for me on the 7th of Feb .I went back and the lady Renay who assisted me told me that she will escalate it as the was no action taken as yet. Today is the 22nd and went back to the branch again and was told the same thing with no sense of urgency or care. Please tell me, how many times can an 8 month pregnant person go back and forth to the branch and only to be told the same thing that "nothing has been done ". in what world is this treatement ok.

This is not resolved at all . I received a call from one of your consultant who gave me Shackelton number ********** 645 . The account is not with them they say. Can Standard Bank give me the correct company where they have sold my account to. It is irritating that I get such wrong information from the people who are suppose to resolve the problem.
