bad Customer Experience with Stansure and Complaints Resolution Centre

I have been receiving numerous bad services from Stan sure insurance.Firstly in February 2018 when i Phoned the roadside assist they made me walk with my four year old to seek help when i was stuck with my car. After that I logged a claim to replace the windscreen Vuyo never processed the claim i had to phone back to ask why i have not been phoned after one week the claim was referred on the 28 of March 2018.No one even apologized. I logged a complaint with Standard banks Complaint Resolution centre no one came back to me I am so very much disgusted with the way Standard bank staff is treating an internal customer the worse with our external client's its just a pitty I cannot move my Transactional account as yet but surely soon I will do my best to move my transactional account and Insurance from Standard bank
