Bad businees practice.

So i app**** for Debt relief on 4 of my products with standard bank and was contacted by Naseema Kaldine requesting more info after I provided the required documents I got a auto mail response of all 4 my application that they have been approved yet the debt orders went off this morning and upon inquiry i was informed that I was only approved for 1 of the 4 products but they never informed me which one and based on the responses on mail I was approved for all 4.
