Bad branch

I moved to Tzaneen 5 years ago and my card was damaged about 3 years ago and I've been meaning to replace it, but every time I walk into standard bank the queues are long and move very slow. It is such a horrible experience and i only go if it's an absolute must. There is no one regulating the queue because after half an hour I counted 17 people in front of me and when I got there I only counted 16. I'm moving banks! Had enough! When I wanted to complain I was handed a book!
