No rating at all, Your consultants at Brits Center take more than 20 munites to call the next client even when they're already done with the clients they were busy with , we understand they were closed due to a covid case but for them to come back to work and slack around while theres tickets waiting to be called , no wonder this bank was rentrenching the time to serve is just stupid, for clients to walk in the branch and leave the branch without getting any help what's so ever because consultants are not consistent with putting their clients first.
