BAD BAD SERVICE STD BANK

I have just gone into my account realized i have been *****ed since last year. for some reason i don't bother checking my account. I had to transfer money and just noticed a strange transaction. I tried calling STD bank to lodge the complaint. call was cut and then I decided to call *134*37283#. I was called but some reason the guy claimed he could nt hear but when I asked if he could hear me he said NO. Hallo damn hallo. I am quite disappointed with STD. Seriously. What awesome service
