Bad BAD service Standardbank
Im a private banker with standardbank for a couple off years already and every month on the 25th i change my salary with Standardbank forex. I have never ever experienced such bad service from Standardbank I have changed my money June 25th and up to today now money in my account. This is completely unacceptable as tomorrow the debit orders will go off and also my other financial responsibilities with no money from Standardbank in my account due to the incompetence. I have send email after email *** AND PPB***. With the same reply use these ref number for further communications and No answer. My feeling is that standardbank is keeping this money and earning interest on it. its happening with me and other standardbank clients that i know. I need a letter from standardbank that will state its there problem and that i will not get a bad name due to there incompetence or some other reason Adriaan Cronje
