bad bad service home loans

2009 I REGISTERED a property with my sister a surety, later in the year i changed to my details and taking her out i sent the lawyers which also stated 20 years instead of 30 years, sent papers as well .however constantly standard bank does not seem to want to change the details for the property to belong under my name evenry time when i call they said they changed and my sisters details are no longer available they have taken her out, only to find out that credit scrore and bank still reflects that she owns a property... i appeal to be assistted this matter is seriously urgent.
