Bad Bad service
This is the worse bank ever we have been waiting for two weeks for our bank cards, they keep saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. They don't care if you have things to pay and buy we can't do anything with out a card. You should close your account and move and never open a account at standard bank. We going to close the account as soon as we have access to it. Even the manager from head office in cape town lies.

25 Jan 2020, 08:54So a matter of urgencie and still nothing has been done. We where promised yesterday again the things will be delivered to our home and guess what nothing. Just another broken promise by standard bank. We have things to pay and cant we keep telling the clients we will pay on what the bank tells us as now we look bad cause of the bank. What will they do about that, I will tell you, nothing as they don't care and not their problem.
