Bad bad bad service and waiting time
What a disaster, spent the whole morning waiting outside STANDARD BANK IN MOUNT FRERE in blazing sun with my 70 year old father just to get inside the bank and collect his bank card, got inside after 4 hours and spent 2 more hours inside waiting to be served. Seems like they are on holiday when u get inside no care in the world.
