Bad attitude towards clients

I got into standard bank Piet Retief wanted to deposit money for my study fees, it was 15 minutes before they close so they line was too long at the ATM , had i stood at the line i was not gonna make it in the bank, so i opted to with draw at the tellers and make my deposit there, Ndumiso Ngema was the teller that i was dealing with, he accused me of coming late to the bank and being lazy to stand on the line, he threatens to chase me out back to the line outside the Atm, i told him i stay very far , he says he hates repeating himself twice to a person, eventually he helps me when i say i will call the manager to help me if he is not interested.. I am an old client at standard bank, and i love my bank because it has been good to me.. I am shocked for the first time to be rebuked by a young rude teller like ndumiso .. I am sad
