Bad Attitude From Staff

My mom went into the branch yesterday (09/11/2015) to cash a cheque which our neighbour gave us, she was assisted by teller 2 think her name is Mloko from the start she was very rude against my mom treated her as she stole the cheque because our neighbour is a Nigerian and it is a white lady cashing the cheque my mom presented her ID book and the teller told her that the picture in her ID is not the same as the person standing in front of her and she need to confirm if the cheque is legit and she went off to phone the account holder off which she was unsuccessful since they have his number which he is only using when he travels to Nigeria so she came back and very rudely told my mom sorry she cant assist her since they are unable to get hold of him
