Bad attitude and service at standard bank
On the 12 April 2018 I went to standard bank in Southernwood East London. As I was on the enquiries que, the guy named Ngubelana helped everyone and when it was my turn he then left to sit on the line that was going to the consultants with an attitude in his face.
He didn't even tell me he is coming back or I must wait or what. He just went up and down without saying a word to me. He made me feel soo stupid waiting the alone.
I then decided to leave and go to Vincent park where their stuff is very friendly and within 10min I was done.
