Bad attitude and bad customer service

I went to fica my cards and they did not accept my last account from the city council on the front of the account it said the account must be paid before the 8th of june and the manager said they cant use this account cause its post dated but if u turn it around it said from the 1st to the 30th of june 2015. I asked the manager to keep my card as it is no use to me until its unblocked (that was on Thursday) when i returned today to supply other accounts the same story happend in the end they fica the card but blocked it until Monday the 8th June when i asked for my card the manager destroyed my card!!!!! I dont understand why he cut the card up as it cant be used cause it is blocked.
